Blackthorn – Prunus spinosa

Pollen Description : This pollen is similar to many of the other members of the Rosaceae family.  It is 40um in size and has a round/triangular shape due to it three furrow and pore type apertures.  The surface has a slightly grainy texture.  The pollen load is red/brown.
