Rhododendron – Rhododendron ponticum
Pollen Description : Rhododendron pollen is distinctive due to its composite structure of three fused bodies, although these bodies also appear to be joined at their tips, by a flat membrane. Altogether the whole structure is approximately 50 um across. There are three furrow type apertures and the surface appears smooth.
