Rosebay Willowherb – chamerion angustifolium

Pollen : Rosebay Willowbay pollen is large and has a distinctive shape.  It is approximately 77 um from the tip of each pore to the opposite side of the body.  It is essentially round but its three pore type apertures stand proud of its smooth surface and give it a triangular appearance when viewed from the poles.  The pollen load is blue.
